Fitness to me is the way to truly live and appreciate your amazing body for all it does for you your entire time that you are alive.

I personally struggled with my weight for most of my life, so I can relate to people who find it challenging to start and stay motivated. I have learned that it's all about staying consistent with your diet and exercise; fitness is a lifestyle and not a one-time goal. Diets don’t work, but a healthy balance is sustainable for managing your weight. As I’m getting older, I can truly see that having more muscle makes a huge difference in maintaining my strength and my physique. My mission is to educate individuals on the importance of having more muscle and mobility as we age. If you don’t make fitness your priority now, you will definitely feel and see the effects as you age.
